5th grade newly remote students

  • 15 minutes of Inside Fitness (videos): Do 1-2 daily (can do videos below or your own)

  • 20 minutes of Outside Activity (your choice--do something you enjoy!)

  • 15 minutes of Skill Practice:

Throwing and catching a football or any ball you have around the house:

--Roll up a sock and make a sock ball inside, throw to targets

--Throw for distance outside

--Throw against a wall outside if available

--Play catch with a family member

--Remember to extend arm back and step on opposite foot when throwing!!
