"Kids have been keeping busy. Running, scootering, biking, playing football and soccer and baseball and dribbling! I couldn’t get a video of then doing the dribbling, but they did want me to show you them doing this beach obstacle course they called it!"

"My Mom put up a basketball hoop for me this weekend and it was perfect timing to practice the dribbling and shooting skills! I am always out on my swing set or trampoline or riding my scooter or skateboard. Now I can play basketball too!"
The Callahan family adventures continue....playing at the beach, going to a llama farm, fishing, and playing in the woods.

"We have been taking the dogs to the beach often to run and swim. The girls love running with them and playing chuck it to get them running for the ball. Ella has practiced and has mastered the chuck it now and understands how to create the force needed for the ball to release. "
From Graysen's mom:
"We’ve been enjoying the “Would you Rather” YouTube videos on rainy days. I also enjoy them as well! Here’s a picture of Graysen on our 2 mile walk we took on Saturday. We explored roads in our extended neighborhood and found our way to the bay. We enjoy talking about the houses we like and what we would do differently if they were our houses."

"I am attaching a video of me doing an activity. I am doing 60 minutes worth of exercise every day and sometimes more! I miss gym time very much."

"Today was the perfect day for outdoor activities!!! We biked, hiked and relaxed in the hammock, after getting 17,490 steps!!!"
The Callahan family staying active flipping, doing pull-ups, playing at the beach and in the woods. They clearly met their daily goal of 10,000 steps with 14,118 steps in total! Great job, Sofia and Michael!!

"We’ve been staying busy here, doing lots of running and dancing around the house. Ella's been practicing her jump rope, and giving her little brothers “horseback rides”.
From Graysen's mom:
"We took at walk at Beech Forest in Provincetown earlier this week. We went off the paths and found ourselves in the beautiful dunes. We also explored the birds as Graysen’s brother was learning about birds this week. We saw woodpeckers, turkeys and of course chickadees.
Yesterday we walked at Bee’s River. It was beautiful!!"

"We have been going on many family hikes in the woods using a GPS Mapping which makes it more fun. We have done some picnics in the woods and of course one of my favorite things to do - fishing. My mom has a walking challenge at her work so we try to get as many steps as we can. Our goal is at least 10,000 a day but on Saturday we had 17,000 so that was awesome."

"I did a lot of hiking with my family on the days that didn't rain. For last week I had 55,000 steps. I also did yoga and my motocross."

"Gianna does daily exercises. We walk, she rides her bike, rides her hover board, and skate board, practices her ballet and we turn on music and dance . She does cartwheels and we do stretches and jumping jacks."
