WEA Election Guidelines

Voting will occur on May 18th, 2017

• WEA member mailboxes will be stuffed with sealed ballots between 7:00 and 7:30 AM.
• Members must complete the ballot and return it to their committee member in person and initial the roster indicating that the member has voted.
• Committee members will place the ballot in the official large envelope.
• Voting will end at 3:30 PM--No exceptions will be allowed
• Ballots will be delivered to the designated counting room by 3:45 PM
• The Elections Committee shall report results to the President and Secretary who shall publish them within 48 hours.
