Missisquoi Valley Summer Passport

We are excited to announce the launch of a summer passport for the towns of Franklin, Highgate, and Swanton!

If you have an MVS passport, but did not submit a registration form and would like to be entered in the raffle for the end-of-summer grand prize, please register here.

What is the Missisquoi Valley Summer Passport?

The MVSP is a series of projects and challenges created in collaboration between the schools, rec departments, and libraries in Franklin, Swanton, and Highgate. Use this as your guide to revisit a favorite place or discover something new. Check off each task with your friends, family, or take it on by yourself!

Why should I try the MVSP?

We hope this helps you to enjoy the summer and explore the resources around us. We live in a beautiful, sometimes overlooked corner of Vermont and want to highlight some of the awesome opportunities in our community. Additionally, each page you get stamped enters you into a raffle for a grand prize at the end of the summer.

How do I get my passport stamped?

Your local libraries have special passport stamps to mark your completed pages. You are welcome to visit in person or email mvspassport@gmail.com to share your stories and receive your stamp. You will need to share a selfie of completing each task (or a detailed story of your experience) as evidence of your adventure.

Thank you for working with us to celebrate the great community we live in!

A huge thank you to our Summer Passport team, who made this all possible:
