History

Studies Weekly is a curriculum program for teaching the California History-Social Science state standards in fourth grades. The engaging magazines make social studies fun for students and teachers. MCS offers print materials, online components, comprehensive assessments, and teacher guides that are all woven together into a single program.

Studies Weekly is a curriculum that allows students to engage in social studies content using a magazine format, in 36 weekly units. Ultimately, we begin and end with the specific requirements of California. That results in publications that cover 100% of the HSS standards in 4th grade.
