There are four operational NEWater factories in Singapore. They are located in Bedok, Kranji, Ulu Pandan and Changi. Bedok and Kranji started its NEWater factory in 2002, Ulu Pandan in March 2007 and the Changi plant in August 2009.
The Bedok and Kranji plants are operated by the Public Utilities Board, while the Ulu Pandan and Changi plants are under operated by Keppel Seghers and Sembcorp Industries.
