MGSD provides a great collection of electronic resources that we use at school on the student iPads. The websites below are NOT officially endorsed by MGSD or Park View School. Theses are sites Mrs. Harkey finds useful and hopes you will as well!
Sites for Reading Books Online
A subscription resource that Park View provides to students and teachers. It pairs fiction and nonfiction books of the same subject, and can be followed up with reading comprehension games and puzzles. Just contact me if you need the login information to use at home. Fiction selections are available in video format, and nonfiction books have a read aloud feature that make books enjoyable for all students. Many selections are available in Spanish too!
Educational Fun For Students
A fun site where children can create and play with some of their favorite book characters such as Arthur, Curious George, and Clifford.
