December 19, 2006 Board Meeting

Joe Kelley, Kate Matlock, Ronnie Blair, Homer Matlock, Chris Thomison, Bobby Matlock, James Whitefield, Keith Hackfeld, Jim Petty, and Brenda Hammond. Joni Mandrell was also present.

Action Items:

Information/Discussion Items:

• 1. Brenda Hammond presented the new clergy requirements from The Upper Room. After discussion about the ramifications of these new requirements, the board members present agreed that it will be very difficult for Mesquite Country to meet those requirements. Further discussion and development of a plan of action will be on the agenda for the next board meeting.

Tabled Items:

• 1. Approval of the minutes from the November meeting was tabled.

  2. Approval of the financial report was tabled.
