Action Items:

• 1. November 2012 minutes approved.

  2. Financial report approved.

Information/Discussion Items:

• 1. Cindy Munoz brought to the board a request to distribute booklets to pilgrims that received their salvation at the walk. Discussion proceeded as to the best way to handle in order to not get into a doctrinal issue. Ideas were that her reunion group could discuss with the lay director and spiritual director for each walk on how to distribute.
