What is Psychology?  It is the scientific study of human and animal behaviors and mental processes

What is the emphasis of the classes:

Scientifically studying human and animal behaviors and thought processes

Analysis and application of the six modern approaches to psychology (biological, psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, humanistic, cross-cultural)  

Psychology 1 emphasizes major learning, personality, and psychopathologic ideas, theories, and theorists.

Psychology 2 emphasizes therapy, social psychology, sensation & perception, consciousness, and development.

Current research will be presented to highlight current and ongoing happenings in psychology.
