EverNote — EverNote can help you take notes, save them, tag them with a location, create and organize notebooks, and share them anywhere you are and on any device you happen to have on you. Evernote is great for taking notes and organizing them, but it's just as good at letting you capture, scan, and save objects in real life, clip web pages you browse, and share them with friends, colleagues, and classmates.

TodaysMeet — Today's meet helps you embrace the back-channel with your audience in real-time. This live stream can be used to make comments, ask questions and use that feedback to tailor your presentation,sharpen your points and address audience needs.
Trello — Trello is one of those task/project management apps that helps you out so much and gets out of the way when you don’t want it cluttering up your review. Through the use of “cards”, you can keep track of everything from larger scale projects to simple to-dos.
