You will need to prepare the following information to register each student and you will upload it to the new registration portal once it opens:


  1. Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued document).

  2. Two (2) proofs of residence:

a. Utility bill indicating legal residence (i.e. phone, cable, electricity, water)

b. Lease agreement or rent receipt indicating landlord’s address and phone number

c. Official letters from organizations such as the Manchester Housing Authority (Must be original letter on

letterhead and signed by organizations representative)..

d. Documentation of homeownership in the city of Manchester

  1. Child's last well child exam and immunizations records: available from your doctor's office, or ask your doctor to fill out the Physical Exam form.

*For those families requiring paper forms, families will be able to schedule appointments at the schools in April (dates will be shared later this month) and we will look at the current metrics in the late Spring/ Summer for the possibility of doing an outdoor registration event with chromebooks for families to complete registration online.
