B.R.I.N.G. I.T!!! - bringing Refuges, Immigrants, and Neighbors Gently Into Tomorrow

This is a collaboration between the Manchester School District, Granite United Way and other community organizatins. It is run by community members and seeks to improve the lives of refugees, immigrants, and New Hampshire natives living in Manchester by facilitating access to, and navigation of, the resources needed by families to better integrate into and succeed in the community. The aim is to offer a variety of programs that promote positive youth development and support cross-cultural understanding, and to involve the surrounding community to help the families living in the neighborhoods of Manchester. Having just finished its 9th year, B.R.I.N.G. I.T.!!! has served as an outstanding model of how to bring newcomers and locals together, with the aim of making Manchester a better place for all. B.R.I.N.G. I.T.!!! is offered free of charge throughout the school year to all Manchester students in grades 4-12.

B.R.I.N.G. I.T.!!! serves over 300 students each school year and is held at Hillside Middle School. Participants hail from over 20 countries, including students born right here in Manchester.
