Dear Parents & Guardians,

We want to help you and we need your help! We have a lot of traffic every day. It is so important we work closely together to make our arrival and dismissal processes as safe as possible. To ensure this on a daily basis, please note:

Morning Arrivals

a) All buses will drop students off in the back of the building. This keeps all automotive traffic moving smoothly.

b) Cars--We need you to move as far down the street as possible. Why? Because we need to bring forward as many cars as possible, then move them on. And repeat. If you stop at the beginning of the line, you will be slowing down the entire process, it will not be efficient. You will see us waving you down the street, we appreciate your help and collaboration!

c) Crosswalk--If you are dropping off a child across the street, he/she must cross using the crosswalk, which is across from the school. All students will be directed to the crosswalk. Also, if you are dropping the off across the street, please have them exit your cars toward the park, and not into possible oncoming traffic.

d) Arrivals--You may drop your child off beginning at 7:00 and they will enter via the main lobby.

e) Tardy--The first class begins at 7:25. A student is considered tardy if entering at 7:26.

Afternoon Dismissal

a) Dismissal--Begins at 2:20

b) Bus Students--Are dismissed first at 2:20.

c) Walkers & Riders--Are dismissed once the buses leave.

d) Cars--We need you to move as far down the street as possible. Why? Because we need to bring forward as many cars as possible, then move them on. And repeat. If you stop at the beginning of the line, you will be slowing down the entire process, it will not be efficient. You will see us waving you down the street, we appreciate your help and collaboration!d) Crosswalk--All students must cross the street using the designated crosswalk.

e) Sidewalks--Parents, please instruct your children to use sidewalks if walking home. This is critical as walking in the streets is very dangerous.

Thank you very much!
