Community Service

Community service opportunities can be found on this website and the Guidance Department will also maintain a list of community service opportunities for students.  Additions or changes to community service announcements will be made via the morning announcements and email throughout the year. 

Following completion of community service students will submit the community service form completed by the supervisor at the community service and following student reflection to their mentor teacher. 

In a well-written essay, reflect and answer the following questions.  (Preferred that essay be typed, double-spaced, size 12 professional font)

1.            What have you learned about the agency and its relationship to the community?

2.            What have you learned about your community through this experience?

3.            How does this experience relate to your profession, and how has it affected your career decisions?

Please include your name, the agency or business for which the community service was provided, the name of the supervisor for the community service, and the type of community service that was provided.
