Hello, I'm Ginny Miller-Bowen (She/Her).  You may call me Ginny or Ms. Bowen.   I have been teaching Art for over 18 years at community colleges in the Bay Area. 

I have taught a wide variety of art courses, including Basic, Expressive, and Figure Drawing, Painting, Watercolor, 2D, and 3D Design, and Color.  Most of my classes are Hybrid or Tech-Enhanced, with access to course material and resources online through the Canvas Learning System.

I am a mixed media artist and have exhibited my work locally and nationally for over 25 years, and received notable awards for studio achievement. My teaching style is very interactive and hands-on, with a focus on skills, materials and techniques and also expressive choices. I look forward to meeting you in one of my classes.
