Practice Charts

Practice Charts (worth 20 pts each) will be used this year. Students are required to practice 1 hour per week and record their weekly practice times on the provided chart. Parents will need to sign the chart to verify the time, and then the chart needs to be handed in to the teacher on the last class of the week each Friday (check the monthly calendar). Extra time over an hour will earn extra credit (1 point per each extra 10 mins, up to 5 points), time under an hour will result in fewer points. No time practiced, but signed by a parent will earn a D, while a chart not handed in will result in an incomplete with a grade of F (50%). Late charts are always accepted throughout the quarter but with a late penalty (no late penalty for a chart not handed in due to an absence on the date it was due). Blank Practice Charts can be found in the classroom, or printed off below. (To Print off the practice chart, please high-lite the chart, Ctrl C, then paste into word documents using Ctrl V. Then change the document's margins to narrow)
