Samstag 25 April

Home!

After breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Vienna International Airport for our return flights to JFK. Our motor coach meets us to return to LHS.

Flight # KL 1840 departs Vienna at 9:20 am and arrives in Amsterdam at 11:05 am.

Flight #KL 643 departs Amsterdam at 5:20 pm and arrives at JFK at 7:20 pm.

GOOD MORNING! I’ve been up since 4:45 am, but I really don’t mind. This past week has been so incredible. I am even excited to fly; I don’t want to leave, but I can’t wait to see my family and tell them everything (well, be demanded to hand out souvenirs immediately after I arrive too). I could write a book about this week, frankly. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone. It was life-changing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end my last year in Lyrics. Love you all. –CGC

Its DQB, Roh, and Aech here, at the Amsterdam International Airport! It is currently 2:20 PM, and we have been up since 5AM but we have (mostly) stayed strong while traveling. We are amidst a 5 hour layover here, so it’s been a bit slow but we got a lot of time to eat and relax. We all can’t believe this week is over, it went be SOOOO fast – its awesome how close we all became through all of our traveling and performing and card games in the lobby. Love you all <333. I (Allison) had pasta at this pasta, pizza and panini place with Dan Berg and then we got Starbucks but it was terrible because they only have the basic Starbucks Frappuccino flavors, so no java chip ones L. Now I am attempting to stay awake preparing for this 8 hour flight, and listening to a lot of Coldplay.

Hey y’all, Evy Baby and Jfelds returning here from Schpopel Airport. We were supposed to be downstairs at 6:00 this morning. We each woke up at 6:10, very punctual. We had a five-hour layover today as you can tell from the posts above. It’s been nice in the airport as we live it up by sleeping, walking, eating, and crying. Evan and I believe that every other post that was written in a funny fashion was copying our first post. We feel obligated to write this message and we are not pumped.

Goodbye

Hey home, Luke, Mike, Lien, Cecilia, and Grace are j chillin’. We miss the TRX. Time to board.

Ciao

Dear Lyrics, Mrs. Drake, Mr. Fontes, and your Fearless Leader:

Danken Sie für die Musik! And especially for the MDWC (make Doc Werl cry) pieces. You are a group of thoughtful and talented folks, which made every experience special…. I had a wonderful time, full of daily highlights. (Of course I especially enjoyed serenading Herr Brahms outside the Musikverein, where he spent so much time.

I wish for you each many more wonderful travels outside of your native habitat. I suspect your memories of these experiences will make all your future times richer.

Affectionately,

dw
