My hope is that this class will be exactly what you expect it to be: a thorough and engaging exploration of the human body—its composition, how it works, and a deep dive into how and why the body or some of its parts may not function correctly.
Please be prepared to be challenged in this class. There is a lot of material to cover, and I have high expectations of all of my students to achieve to the best of their ability. I do my best to differentiate my teaching in order to reach all learners, and as such, I will be covering and assessing course content in a variety of different ways: lecture, interactive games, projects, labs, presentations, essays, research papers, quizzes, exams, and lab practicals.
