New ATP onboarding steps

1) Here is the webform to gather info needed to get you listed on our regional partner site, please send a .png format logo sized at 300x183 to atp@linuxfoundation.org:

2) Bookmark and save this resource page for instructors/students prior to use prior to any class:

3) Coupon codes will be required to take advantage of the student referral program into our public class schedule. A code gives the student 100% off and you will have made the sale on your side. We email a .csv each Wednesday of our public class schedule and any changes that could be incorporated in a more manual process - please provide email address(s) to receive this report.

4) If you are planning a press release or announcement please send a draft to atp@linuxfoundation.org and we will coordinate with our PR Director on edits and quotes that we can include for you.
