Student Enrollment Process for Linux Foundation Public Schedule, Instructor-led and Online Classes:
Standard ATP agreements allow you to sell enrollments into our public class schedule in return for a commission percentage of retail price. Your rate can be found in attachment 1 of your License Agreement. Please email a purchase order to atp@linuxfoundation.org or your account representative with as much detail as possible. We will return a registration code and instructions that you can share with your student. You handle the transaction with the student on your end, following the class we will invoice you for the LF share.

Once the student is enrolled they will be sent the confirmation email, welcome email and reminder email. Examples below:

The manual for a virtual class is shipped to the student approximately 2 weeks prior to the class start date using the shipping address you will provide at the time of enrolling the student. If the student is attending an onsite class the manual is sent directly to the facility location.
If the class is virtual, the student will receive a calendar invite, approximately 2 weeks prior to the class start date, containing the instructions for joining the conference platform, Zoom.
