Week 1 Tik Tok Challenge:

  • See if you can duplicate Mr. VO and Mr. Davis in their attempt of "We're All in This Together" from High School Musical.

Week 2 Tik Tok Challenge:

  • This is our take on a popular Tik Tok video. See if you can come up with a creative beginning and remembering to keep good social distancing.

Week 3 Tik Tok Challenge:

  • A dance battle broke out on our street. The idea is to start your dance with the last person's move and then add a move of your own. Good luck and give it a try with someone from your house.

Week 4 Tik Tok Challenge:

  • Testing our dribbling skills this week with a little help from another special guest. We made sure to stay 6 feet apart and use our own basketball. You can do this one on your own or get some help from someone in your house.

Week 5 Tik Tok Challenge:

Bodyweight squats: 20 reps

Push-ups: 10 reps

Walking lunges: 10 each leg

Dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug or another weight): 10 each arm.

Plank: 15 seconds

Jumping Jacks: 30 reps
