Parent Transportation Permission Letter

Students riding the bus to the district contest on Friday March 31 will meet in the Challenge classroom; the bus will leave for Orange City promptly at ______. Students riding the bus who have created exhibit boards must be at school by _______ so their boards can be loaded for transport to Orange City. A school SUV to transport their boards to Orange City will be parked on Stadium Drive just beyond Entry D of the Middle School. Students with boards should load their boards and then come directly to the Challenge classroom. Students should not board the bus until they have checked in with Ms. Gamble. The students should bring money for lunch at __________________ and will return to Le Mars no earlier than 3:30.

Local Show Schedule

• All students are required to attend
• Le Mars Middle School Commons and Auditorium
• Exhibit boards must be set up by 6:00 p.m. - Scheduled exhibit judging times start at 6:30
• Documentary, Web Site, and Paper judging times begin around 6:00
• Recognition and introduction of all students in the Middle School Auditorium after all judging is completed. Student attendance is required.
