Added New scripts to perform hybrid assembly for both Pacbio and Illumina reads in v3.5.0

• • Added capability to assembly the pacbio reads along with Illumina reads

  • Run the pacbio Iso-Seq pipeline (jgi_pacbio_isoseq.pl) first to get the pacbio full length consensus reads, then run jgi_pacbio_illumina_assem.pl for the hybrid assembly
