OPEN POSITION - Help Needed

Please contact Lisa Kowalski if you are interested in joining the Booster Club Board to assist Dave Peters with this Concessions Coordinator position. This is an enormous job and truly needs two volunteers. Please consider joining our team!

Concession Coordinators (2) - Dave Peters and __________________

• Order product (Pepsi, Badger, Etc.) for each of the three stands

• Purchase product (Sam’s, Costco, Etc.) for the three stands

• Maintain inventory in each of the three stands

• Organize and/or determine location of product within the stands

• Coordinate and assist with product restocking when orders arrive

• Coordinate moving product among all of the stands

• Coordinate with renters and collaborate with the Treasurer 

• Schedule opening, closing, cleaning, etc. of all the stands

• Monitor equipment and coordinate with repair personnel and/or custodial staff - collaborate with the President and/or Treasurer

The Kettle Moraine High School Booster Club (KMHSBC) is comprised of an elected Board, the Athletic Director, and all coaches, parents, liaisons, students, staff and community. The Booster Club's primary role is to support the athletic programs at Kettle Moraine by funding Grant Requests made by teams. The percentage of athletes meeting service hour requirements and coach/liaison meeting attendance are two considerations when determining if a request will be funded. Grants are voted on by the parents, liaisons, and coaches attending the monthly Booster Club Meetings.
