Jones' Math Challenge

Mrs. Jones is starting a weekly math challenge for grades 3-6. Each Monday, she will send out a new question. When you have an answer that you believe is correct, you can submit that answer by clicking on the link below. 

You cannot work on these challenges when you are supposed to be doing something for your teacher!! These are meant to be during free time or when you are at home. 

After school on Fridays, Mrs. Jones will compile all the correct answers and draw for a weekly winner. That person will come to her room on the following Monday to pick a prize. She will also list all students with correct answers on her bulletin board. 

Remember, these are challenges. They are not meant to be quick and easy answers. You will need to play with your ideas for a while. Look for patterns, make small changes and see what that does to the solution, and most importantly, have fun!

Unit 1 Spelling Words will start Monday August 29th

Spelling Test 1.1 is Friday September 2nd

Spelling Test 1.2 is Friday September 9th

Spelling Test 1.3 is Friday September 16th

Spelling Test 1.4 is Friday September 23rd

Unit 1 Review Test is THURSDAY September 29th
