About the trip 

If your looking for a trip which is a mix of Beach and Jungle this is it. It is an 7 day trip starting at the Tasikoki Wildlife Rescue Centre which is located on exotic Sulawesi Island, Indonesia. Tasikoki is a rescue, rehabilitation and release centre for animals saved from the illegal trade in wildlife. During your stay you will be surrounded by 200+ animals, (over 40 different species). You will get up-close and personal with the wildlife such as sunbears and orangutans while you feed, clean and care for them. The Accommodation will be in the Tasikoki EcoLodge which has panoramic views of the Sulawesi Sea and its' own private sandy beach for relaxation after a rewarding days work. We will fly to Manado, Sulawesi and once there travel around the island by private bus. 

Itinerary

At Tasikoki each day will involve a variety of animal care duties. You will work closely with the Tasikoki Volunteers as you learn how to forage, feed and maintain the enclosures. We will also have cultural excursions to meet with local communities. The final day of this trip will be spent back at KGV reflecting and creating sustainable projects for integration into the KGV community. See below for full itinerary.
