Work Experience

About the activity

With support from trip leaders students find their own work placement for the week. Students in the past have secured experiences that they have found to be interesting, challenging and educational and which have allowed them to form and renew links within the local community.

In the past students have worked in a huge range of placings: Doctors practices, law firms, pilot training, Ocean Park (vets), Hospitals, Restaurants, Engineering companies, Architects, Financial Services, Law firms, Import companies, Sports Coaching, Photographers, Law Courts, Diamond trading, Tech Start-Ups etc. The best thing is to try and find a placement in a field that you are interested in for University/Career.

Students are responsible for the journeys to and from their place of work each day.  Mr Morrison and Mr Croce will make contact with students by telephone and in person (where possible) throughout the week.

The cell phone for teachers will be Mr Morrison number to be released (or ) and Mr Croce number to be released . These number will be active from the first day of Challenge Week.
