Please make sure that you signed up at in the office and your parents signed the disclosure; to receive Work Experience and get the quarterly evaluation signed from your supervisor.

All your check stubs from this quarter need to be submitted with Canvas.

Exact rules how to get Work Release elective credits are on the back of the evaluation and on CANVAS . Or please see me in room A123 before the due day.
