Career Day

Career Day at Valley High School December 7, 2023 and April 27, 2023 - 12:30 - 3:30 PM

We would like to invite you to come to our Career Day at Valley High School.

As you know, Valley High School is an alternative high school. Without coming to our school, many of our students would not earn a high school diploma. Today it is more important than ever to think about a career path after High School. With the Career Day we open up some options for our students.

Some of our local colleges and trade schools are coming, as well as local businesses; in all about 50 different presenters. Each will present in our commons. Our teachers will send each hour a different group of students to explore the different career possibilities. Some students only start to think about continuing education when they can see that they will get their diploma. This is the reason, why we do Career Day twice a year.

This time we would like to ask our student to come to Career Day as for an interview. The business attire will prepare them better for their future.

Our aim is that each student will follow a career path after leaving Valley High School.
