There are 3 types of Meets.

USATF and AAU - These are at the state, regional and national level. You must be a member of USATF or AAU, You must place (*Depending on AAU or USAFT) to move on to Regionals. You must place to move on to Nationals. There are some events that are not contested at the state level that you have to sign up for regarless at the state level to auto pass to the national level.
There are all comer meets for these events you can attend even if your NOT going to the actual Junior Olympics. There is on this weekend June 7th At Benilde St. Margaret , MN. See the App above ( Athletic.net ) for all the meet information.
2 All Comer's Meets - USATF - They are on the USATF website and will be on the Athletic.net website as soon as the link is available. I will post dummy meets so you can see them.
3- Hammerman throwing meets. Shot, Discus, Javelin, Hammer. These meets are in a suburb of Chicago and typically.

Spectator fee - $10 (cash, card, venmo)
Registration Deadlines:
Multi Events: Need to register at least 1 hour prior to the start of your event (ONLINE ONLY!)
Saturday & Sunday Events: Friday June 13 at 9pm CT

Prior to registration athletes must be members of USATF Minnesota for the current year and have their date of birth verified in the USATF database.
DATE OF BIRTH VERIFICATION POLICY
(revised 4-21)
USATF National Championships require that event registrants shall be date-of-birth verified. Members are required to upload/submit their birthdate verification documents while completing their membership profile on the USATF Connect system. There may be other competitions that require birthdate verification. Check event eligibility requirements carefully when registering for an event.
DOCUMENT SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Documents submitted for birthdate verification will be processed within five (5) business days of submission (excluding holidays). It is the responsibility of the registrant to assure submission in a timely manner to meet entry deadlines.
HOW TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS
Birthdate verification documents must be uploaded through USATF Connect. If you are experiencing trouble uploading these documents, please contact the USATF National Office for assistance. Be advised that birthdate verification documents will not be accepted or uploaded by the National Office. Procedures for uploading these documents in the USATF Connect system must be adhered to and there will be no exceptions. Documents sent to the National Office will be returned and the verification will not be processed.
If a document is illegible it will be invalidated and will not be processed. Invalidated documents will not result in an extension of the submission deadline. No extension will be granted for invalidated documents that require re-submission. The processing period will remain in effect. Birthdate verification documents will remain a permanent part of the member profile and will not require re-submission.
RULES – CONDUCT & FACILITY: Coolers are not permitted in the stadium. No glass bottles or containers permitted. No grills permitted. No alcohol or tobacco permitted on school property. No pets permitted. All participants and spectators are expected to show proper conduct towards others and the facility. Meet administration reserves the right to have individuals removed from the facility for behavior deemed unacceptable. No refunds

- Athletes in competition
- USATF coaches on the SafeSport compliance list
- Officials
2. Clerking will happen outside the track - we will have this clearly identified by the next meet
- calls will be made for each event and when needed, each heat
- athletes will be allowed infield to finalize their warmup on the track once clerked
- athletes will then be lined up by heat behind the blocks on the track to await their race
- block starts will be allowed as soon as the preceding heat begins and only for the next heat in line
- One gate will be unlocked for athlete passing from clerking, but it will be marshalled.
3. All spectators need to remain in the stands or around the perimeter, and parents may not accompany their child onto the field for competition. Children who compete in heats with ages 10 or younger will be returned to the gate for parent reunification.
4. Jumps and PV spectators can watch from the back side stands or outside the fence behind the PV area.
5. Warmups can take place in the open field behind the stadium noting the following:
- Hurdles will be available in the warmup area
- Blocks will not be available in the warmup area
- Ample time will be allowed after clerking for athletes to finalize their warmup on the track
7. Food of any kind will not be allowed on the infield. Receptacles are placed around the facility and we ask that people take the time to use them to dispose of their garbage rather than leaving it on the ground or in the stands.
