Athletes will always understand if they are in any given meet usually one or two days before the scheduled meet date. The athlete's name, bus time schedule, event order, and excused from school times will all be included on the posted Track bulletin board. Remember athletes will always ride the bus to and from the scheduled meet. If there is an exception to this, which should be discussed with the coach, an email sent by the parent to Seton Foster, head track coach, will be necessary the day before the meet ( see the school required waiver below ) . Athletes will always change into their uniform and warm ups at before leaving to the meet. Beverage/snacks can be brought to meets on the bus. Coaches will talk to athletes about what is a good idea to bring. Coach Foster will also send a parent and athlete email with meet information before the meet when possible. If you are not receiving this email, please notify Coach Foster
