To Reinstall a School App in Self Service
- Select Self Service on your iPad
- The 192 Tiger Store Apps will be showing. All apps are in alphabetical order.
- If you need special apps, touch the 3 dots in the upper left corner. More categories will be offered.
- Find the App you want to re-install and touch the install button next to the App and it will download.
- You will not need your Apple ID and Password for this step.
To Reinstall an App NOT in Self Service
- Long Press the App Store on your iPad
- A box with choices will appear.
- Select Purchased.
- You may need your Apple ID and Password for this step.
- From the pop-up box select My Purchases.
- All your apps will be listed. Select the App you want to reinstall.
