Employee Master is under Master.
The Employee Master screen in HRPro is the central repository for all employee-related information. It allows you to manage detailed records for each employee, including personal details, employment history, benefits, payroll settings, work schedules, and more. This screen ensures that all essential employee data is easily accessible and up-to-date, facilitating efficient HR management.
Use Employee Master to maintain the employee information. Each Employee No. represented one Employment Contract and has its join date, termination date, and leave entitlement.
Click the New [+] button to add a new Employee.
員工主檔位於 主檔。

For details on input rules for fields such as Position, Residential Address, Postal Address, and Spouse’s Name, refer to the Employee Master > Personal Info section.
After clicking Save and Continue, most fields in Employee Master are automatically populated based on the selected Employee Class.
You can configure these default values within the Employee Class under the following tabs:
Default Salary
Default HR Info
Default Other Info
For the EPortal tab, default values are derived from the most recently created employee record.

Click the Employee No. of the employee to edit the employee.

HRPro Employee Master provides the following copy options for quickly duplicating employee data within or across companies:
Copy - Copies only the current employee's basic information to a new employee record in the same company.
Copy to other company (basic information) - Copies employee basic information (personal details, position, etc.) to the target company, excluding any historical records.
Copy to other company (with Leave History) - Includes basic information plus complete leave balances and leave records. Ideal for employee transfers where leave entitlements need to be retained.
Copy to other company (with Leave/Attendance History) - Fully copies basic information, leave history, and attendance records. Suitable for transfers requiring complete work history preservation.

Export Current Employee - export the highlighted employee to an Excel File. (respects Top menu ⇒ Export ⇒ Column Selection)
Export Active Employees - export the active employees (not terminated) to Excel File. (respects Top menu ⇒ Export ⇒ Column Selection)
Export Terminated Employees - export the Terminated employees to an Excel File. (respects Top menu ⇒ Export ⇒ Column Selection)
Export All Employees - export all employees to an Excel File. (respects Top menu ⇒ Export ⇒ Column Selection)
Grid Export to Excel - export the current grid (with column positions and filtering effective) to Excel File.
Export Org Chart Data (General) - export the employee information (with the highlighted employee as the top employee) to an Excel File for Org Chart Creation Application.
Export Org Chart Data (Organimi) - export the employee information (with the highlighted employee as the top employee) to a CSV File for Organimi (see Create an Organization Chart using Organimi).
Export all Employee Photos (Email Address) - export all Employee Photos into a zip file and use Email Address as file name (useful for Organimi).
Export all Employee Photos (Employee No.) - export all Employee Photos into a zip file and use Employee No. as the file name.

匯出組織架構資料(Organimi) - 將員工資料(以選取員工為頂層)匯出為 CSV 檔案,供 Organimi 使用(參閱[使用 Organimi 建立組織架構圖])。
匯出所有員工照片(電郵地址) - 將所有員工照片匯出為 ZIP 檔案,以電郵地址作為檔案名稱(適用於 Organimi)。
匯出所有員工照片(員工編號) - 將所有員工照片匯出為 ZIP 檔案,以員工編號作為檔案名稱。
