Content Description

Students will learn about some names of transportation means. They will be introduced to the some major areas of HK, namely, HK island, Kowloon, New Territories and Lantau island. They will talk about how to get to places in HK by using different transportation. They will be able to talk about which parts of HK do they live in and which countries they’ve been to.

Knowledge, Skills and Process

· Students can name transportations in Chinese

and express which transportation they like the most.

· Students can name several major places in Hong Kong in Chinese.

· Students will talk about how to get to places in HK by using different transportation.

· Students will give clear descriptions of one's summer plan.

· Students talk about the kind of activities that they would like to do.

· Ask and answer topic related questions.

· Students can comprehend simple stories about summer plan when listening and reading with limited target vocabulary.

· Retell 4-5 TPRS simple stories in Chinese.
