Content Description

Students will describe their friends' appearance, likes and dislikes and the place they live.

Knowledge, Skills and Process

Students will be able to:

• state the appearance, and likes of friends and nationality
• identify descriptions that enable identification
• answer a few simple questions about their friends
• recognize a few memorized characters
• recite parts of simple stories, rhymes, and songs about friends
• show awareness of the 12 animals of the Chinese zodiac
• name some feelings
