We are excited to be able to provide another great opportunity to our students this semester. We are collaborating with Bishop Museumʻs vertebrate and marine invertebrate curators Molly Hagemann and Holly Bolick. Students will help organize several essential collections including important specimens of corals, other marine invertebrates and birds from Hawaii and the Pacific. Students will gain unique insights to the importance and workings of museum collections and see valuable specimens from Hawaii collected within the last 100 years. I am looking forward to their blog describing the experience.
