Strategic Planning Committee
Strategic Planning Committee meets the first Thursday of the month, from 4:00 to 5:00, in room 417 at HCIS. Sarah Lindahl is chairperson.
Strategic Planning / Charter School Renewal Committee
Purpose: The strategic planning process examines both past performance of the school and trends within the student population, the membership and the broader community. This committee will be responsibility for facilitating the board operations policy efforts with regards to strategic planning (Section II.1) and the charter school renewal happens in a timely manner.
Composition of Committee: The committee will have at least three members two of which must be Board members. Ideally this committee would be two Board members, up to two non-Board parents/community members and up to two non-Board educators.
Meetings will be held monthly.
