Finance Committee

Regular meetings of the finance committee are held at 4:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month in Room 310 at HCIS.  Pete Langr is chairperson.

Purpose: The finance committee is responsible for working with the charter school administrator to develop and monitor budget, ensures accurate tracking/monitoring of funds; ensures adequate financial controls; reviews major grants and associated terms.

Composition of Committee: This committee should be a minimum of four members including the Board’s treasurer (chair), the Director(s), a school finance employee and at least one other Board member.

Meetings will be held monthly.
