Regular meetings of the Director Review Committee take place during the director review process in winter and spring. Justin Strom is chairperson. Please check back for updates.
Director Review Committee
Purpose: To facilitate the annual review of the director and implement the outcome. Maintain an updated hiring and compensation structure.
Composition of Committee: The committee will have at least three members two of which must be Board members. Ideally this committee would also include two Board members and a non-Board teacher member and non-Board parent member.
Meetings will be held as needed during the evaluation process. (Usually January, February, March, April, and November)
