Regular meetings of the Board Development Committee take place Monday afternoons the week after the BOD meeting in Sarah Lindahl’s room. Sarah Lindahl is chairperson.

Purpose: Research potential new board members and secure nominations, following procedures set out by committee. Refine and document nominating schedule and procedures. Coordinate annual meeting.
