Servers and Bartenders
All servers and bartenders are required to take the Cantina Summit within the first 3 months of employment. This course can be found on the Learn module in Snag.
Taking the Hacienda Pro Server Class is required for all servers, bartenders, and hosts within the first 3 months of employment.
Taking the Indiana Excise Server Training Class is required for all servers and bartenders within 120 days from your date of hire.
Before being eligible to serve alcohol, all servers and bartenders must have a valid liquor license. You may apply for a liquor license, or renew a liquor license via the following link:
*Note: Employees may work on their receipt while waiting for their permit for a period of 90 days from the date on the receipt.
