Balance/Auditory/Vision/eXercise
This is a series of exercises performed with sand filled bags and or racquetballs while sitting, standing or balancing on a tilt/balance board. Students are required to cross midline and maintain a rhythmic pattern by using auditory and visual feedback. This exercise requires the students whole body to participate and be successful.
The exercises are specific to each child and their specific needs. This exercise can be easy or more complicated based upon how the student is progressing.
This can be done individual or in a group setting which promote cooperation and teaching between peers.
