About Me

This is my NINTH year serving the Hillcrest Middle School community as a Health & Physical Education Teacher. I have been employed with Greenville County Schools since 1990 and I am a product of the Greenville County School district. My educational experiences as a child took place at the following schools in Greenville County; Travelers Rest Elementary School, Lake Forest Elementary School, Northwood Middle School, Hughes Middle School and Southside High School. I received my undergraduate degree from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina. I obtained my masters degree from Clemson University and returned to South Carolina State University by way of the University Center on Pleasantburg Drive and earned a doctorate degree in Supervision and Administration.

I am a loyal daughter to the Bulldog family at South Carolina State and I rally for all South Carolina Universities and Colleges. I enjoy spending time with my children & family, reading a good book , taking long mind clearing walks, and playing tennis.

My family is important to me, I have a son and daughter. My mother, two brothers, and numerous family members reside in Greenville. I have one brother in Atlanta, Georgia. I will work hard for the Hillcrest Middle School community as your Health & Physical Education Teacher.
