I wish when I was younger, the topic of wellness was something we spent more time on. I understand now that I am an adult, the importance of maintaining good health in nutrition, good health in our emotions and mental well being. Through this avenue, I will take the opportunity to provide insight on my wellness journey. Living with Epilepsy, working through Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder, questioning whether or not I am suffering from mental illness; are all experiences and thoughts I think would be helpful to share. Whether it be dieting, pregnancy, menstrual cycle, or depression; we'll talk about it. My wellness journey can be difficult to understand, but I hope that you keep an open mind and see how important it is to be aware of yourself and your health; to ensure you live a long and happy life.
