I never thought I'd be a Web Designer, or a Technical Business Analyst. I never even knew I can be an Advisory Board Chair member of a Non-Profit Organization helping to save lives. For a very long time I didn't know what I wanted to do as a career. Our family moved often, and my parents explored different jobs to help make ends meet but nothing that inspired me to want to work in the field they explored. It wasn't until High School when I found myself interested in the computer class, and how easy it was for me to navigate through the device and applications. The teacher had to tell me to to slow down and keep with the class pace because I was causing other students to shift their attention from his teaching to me exploring on my computer. Once I turned 16, I was able to get a job and started to explore different opportunities that I came across. Through this avenue, I will share my thoughts on the different career paths I've experienced; whether it be by choice or not, it has truly helped shaped me to be the person I am today, and contributed to the work ethics I strive to practice daily. I hope you find it helpful, and encourages you to not limit yourself.
