Q：什麼是健保卡?

What is NHI card?

A: 看病時需要攜帶的卡片，保險對象也可以知道自己花費的部分負擔，醫院可以由累計的部分負擔，收到規定之全年住院部

分負擔上限，即可不再收取，除了減少民眾負擔，也避免民眾必須先繳交部分負擔，等到次年再向健保署核退超過上限的

麻煩，是一張功能完整的多用途健保卡。

Q：我什麼時候可以辦健保卡?

When can I apply for the NHI card?

A: 學生入境6個月後才能加入健保，在此期間出境不得超過1次(30天)，且實際居住期間扣除出境日術後，並計達6

個月之日起方可參加健保。

Students can join the health insurance after staying in Taiwan for 6 months. During this period, you can

not leave Taiwan more than once (30 days). The actual period of residence is deducted from the date

of departure, and students can participate in the health insurance after 6 months.

Q：如何辦理健保卡?

How do I apply for the NHI card?

A: 請先備妥「居留證」、「2吋照片」*2張，至健保署北區業務組苗栗聯絡辦公室辦理 。

Please prepare "ARC", "2 inches photo"*2 and visit 健保署北區業務組苗栗聯絡辦公室 in person.
