To earn this award, programs must demonstrate:
• A comprehensive Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
• Access to trained medical professionals
• Availability of AEDs at athletic venues
• Injury tracking and prevention strategies
• Education for coaches, athletes, and parents
GHS Athletics and Sports Medicine provide:
• On-site Certified Athletic Trainer coverage
• Venue-specific Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)
• Strategic AED placement and access
• Concussion management protocols (SWAY, RTP progression)
• Injury tracking and data-driven prevention
