We would like to remind all parents and guests at Glastonbury High School to park only in designated parking areas. Please do not park on the grass, including on the access road by New London Turnpike; in turnaround lanes, fire lanes, or near posted “No Parking” areas. These restrictions are in place to ensure school safety by reducing congestion and minimizing the risk of automobile and pedestrian accidents during athletic events.
In addition, buses are having difficulty accessing parking lots and drop-off areas when vehicles are parked outside of designated spaces. Keeping these areas clear is essential to maintaining safe and efficient transportation for our teams. Parking in restricted areas may also block access for emergency vehicles such as fire trucks, ambulances, and police vehicles, preventing them from reaching the fields quickly in emergency situations.
Please refer to the fields map to locate designated parking areas labeled P1 through P4 on campus. Consider seeking a different parking lot if your initial lot is full.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all student-athletes and spectators.
