We had an excellent 2025 music department wreath sale. After looking at the sales totals and breakdowns by student, we are able to include ALL students who participated in the wreath sale through any sales or donation in the pizza lunch which will be on Wednesday, 11/19.

----------
Here is an overview of information for the wreath sale. Please see the letter included in your child's wreath sale packet for more specific information:
All students involved in music in grades 5-8 are invited to participate in the music department wreath sale fundraiser. Participation is encouraged but is completely voluntary.
Order forms are due to block captains by Wednesday, 10/22. Your child's block captain is listed on the label on the front of their wreath sale packet.
Buyers need to pay when they order. Checks are encouraged over cash when possible but both are acceptable (checks should be made out to Germantown Hills PTO).
Please note the difference between the green bordered items and the red bordered items.
Green bordered items are local group delivery items. Most sales will come from green bordered items. These items will eventually be delivered to the student and the student will pass them out to their customers.
Red bordered items are direct delivery items. They are more expensive because they will be directly shipped to the person buying the wreath (shipping is included in the price). You must include a shipping label for all direct delivery items. This is for a relative who lives in a different part of the United States (no deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii - sorry). Again, you must order from the Red bordered items for direct delivery and include a shipping label for that order.
Student incentives:
If a student sells $125 (or more) in wreath products, they have qualified for the Music Boosters Pizza Lunch.
Donation option - if you would like to support this fundraising effort but would rather not participate in the wreath sale, a donation of $30 will qualify your child for the Music Boosters Pizza Lunch ($30 donation is equivalent to the profit of $125 in wreath product sales)
Overall top seller (grades 5-8) earns $100 cash.
Top three sellers in each grade earn $50 cash, $40 cash, and $25 cash respectively.
Online Ordering
In addition to our traditional ‘door-to-door’ sales, GHMS music students may also utilize an online website to obtain wreath sale orders. Simply provide your friends/family/coworkers with the following link which will take them directly to the GHMS ordering webpage via the Sherwood Forest Farms website. Customers will be able to see the sales brochure, place their order, and pay via Paypal
Please communicate to your customers that there are two types of orders:
Local Distribution Items: Customers will order and pay for these items online and the student will deliver the item(s)
Direct Delivery Gift Items: Customers will order and pay for these items online but they will be shipped directly to the customer. Customers will enter the address where the item should be delivered.
In order for students to receive the ‘credit’ for the order(s), their customers MUST select the student’s name from the drop down list of student names.
Online orders will be added to the ‘door-to-door’ sales to determine the top sellers in each grade and eligibility to participate in the Pizza Party lunch.
Finally - again, participation either by selling wreaths or through donation is strictly voluntary. Profits from the Music boosters wreath sale go towards enriching the musical experiences of our students (i.e. scholarships for summer music camps, 8th grade band/chorus day trip to Chicago, awards for all music students at Music Dept. Awards Night in May, etc.).
